"Depression "
                 the word that is more common nowadays. The word that is used most frequently nowadays. The word which we use about anything bad happens to us.. 

Then here the question arises what is depression?
 In my opinion depression is when you feel complete loosted, when you are not being able to do anything. Depression is when you think over small things that they are going to be worst. 
Depression is simply when you don't want to do anything in life. You always think if i do some it's going to be bad. You don't enjoy anything no longer. You always think that i can't do anything. Then how to get over depression? 
Firstly, we have To accept that Depression is a part of life.
 2ndly, give it a time so that you can get over it. 
3rdly, don't get alone spend time with your friends, family and do things in which you enjoy yourself...

The Main Thing Is That 

 How To Get Control On It       

1st we have to stop over thinking.
over thinking makes a person dummy, over thinking makes the person upset
he thinks that am nothing i can't do any thing.
 Sushant singh is the great example of over thnking....
 In Simple Word  

jab insaan free ho jata hai wo use kisi or cheez ko kar raha hota hai but osky zehan may mukhtalif khayalat aty rehty hai. k yar os nay ye kar liye or may abi tak ghar pay betha hua 
os ko naya phone mil gaya meri toh qismat he kharab hai....Blah.. blah....blah... so please yar stop thinkg like that,

2nd  thing BreakUps
 nowadays a person fall in love for few days than from one side they commit breakup
which hurts the most.. then the person start thinking... 
k ab may kia karonga mera toh koi nai am alone may mar jaoun ga 
stop it yar koi kisi k baghir nai marta stop doing this,,,   

3rd thing is that we don't not accept that what we have
in simple words tensions.... Hug Your Tensions And Keep Going On. Jab tak qabool nai karogy sub mushkil he lagy ga.
